Up until now we’ve blogged about jewelry trends, fashion advice, and new products. But we’ve never actually posted what our customers tell us. We get emails all the time from our customers and we’d like to post a couple of these weekly on the blog. We think this will help our other prospects see the experience our current customers are having with our company.

Today we’ll be hearing from a couple that were on the edge of buying sterling silver bracelet jewelry for their engagement. They used to be skeptical but are now very satisfied. Here is the customer email:

Dear Silver Jewelry Emporium,

When me and my boyfriend sat down to make some decisions on the jewelry for our engagement we weren’t sure what we wanted. I have never been big on jewelry and my boyfriend definitely didn’t know anything about buying jewelry. So we went to google, did some research, and came across your website.

I knew there were cheaper alternatives to real diamonds out there but I’ve never seen a website for them like yours. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to go with and we used to be skeptical about ordering jewelry online. We finally decided to go with you guys and boy were we satisfied.
